Guest Night Coming Up
By Bob Kerdus, Chapter Development

We have a guest night coming up Thursday, August 17. Start your list of friends and acquaintances you want to invite.

I'm very excited to announce that the quartet, Night and Day, will be performing at our guest night. This quartet is a Waterloo chapter quartet that came within eight points of qualifying for the International College Quartet competition. You will recognize one of the guys, Erik Sherard, a former Harmony Hawk during his high school days at Cedar Rapids Prairie. Two of the other members, Jamie Kelley and Lee Thomsen teach vocal music for the Marion School District. The fourth member is Mike Wissink. They will be performing at 8:00 on the 17th, so please make sure you invite all of those potential singers you have on your list! Plus, invite family and friends for this great quartet performance!

Remember to bring cookies for our break immediately after Night and Day performs!

Let's have a great guest night-----let's have every chorus member make a commitment to bring at least one guest!
