Hawks Picnic A Great Time

A small group of the Harmony Hawks got together on July 16 at Morgan Creek Park for the annual Harmony Hawk picnic. Because of the blistering heat, vacations, and a PGA golf tournament in the Quad-Cities this year's picnic attendance was smaller than usual. 

As one of the few that showed up I can tell you you missed a good time. This year's picnic had horseshoes, grilling, plenty of food, fellowship, and of course...lots of singing.

The picnic was also a perfect time to celebrate. Buzz Brown showed off his new bronze medal he received when he sang with the New Tradition in Indy.

It was also a good time for me to party one last time with my good friends of the Harmony Hawks before I had to start my new job in Muscatine.
